Appointments are accepted

We are walk in Sunday- Wednesday , appointments offered.

Because we accept walk-ins to ensure every pet receives the care they need as urgently or emergently as possible, our wait times are fluid. You can generally expect a wait anywhere between 30 minutes – 3 hours.

The range and time frame are based on :

  • Caseload Fluctuations: A sudden influx of several critical patients at once can shift the timeline for everyone else.
  • In-Patient Care: Our team is also monitoring and treating pets currently hospitalized in the ICU.
  • Diagnostics: Gathering X-rays or bloodwork results for previous patients takes time and doctor review.
  • Commuication: We want tto ensure all pet parents feel heard and unrushed this might result in lengthy conversations.

Unlike a standard appointment-based clinic, emergency/urgent care hospitals use a triage system. This means pets are seen based on the severity of their condition rather than the order in which they arrive.

  • Priority 1 (Critical): Immediate life-threatening emergencies (e.g., cardiac arrest, active seizures, major trauma). These patients are moved to the back instantly.
  • Priority 2 (Urgent): Stable but serious conditions (e.g., persistent vomiting, toxin ingestion, large open wounds).
  • Priority 3 (Stable): Non-life-threatening issues (e.g., ear infections, minor limping, skin allergies). These cases typically experience the longest wait times. ( recommend appointments)

Cherry,Care Credit, Scratch pay ,Cash,Credit Card.

Pets might need to be separated from pet parents for certain treatments and diagnostics for the safety of the pet and parent.

No, some hospitals operate as an open concept meaning pet parents are allowed to stay with their pets through the entire process of their pets care. While we support this concept and understand the importance of it we are not able to operate this way.Unfortuntely, the layout of our building does not support this concept.

A deposit is required for all services. The deposit you will leave/have left  only covers the items in the estimate provided and additional funds might be needed for additional care outside of this estimate . The funds credited to your account may be used for additional medications or services needed in order to give your pet the best treatment of care .

If you have a credit on your account after all services have been completed. You will receive a refund via method of original payment and after the completion of all services and care.  Refunds for services already rendered and medications already dispensed/filled will not be granted.
